Free shipping note
Free shipping refers to delivery from Gulf Emperor to the carrier only. Any carrier-to-customer destination fees, if applicable, follow the carrier policy at delivery.
After delivery
Exchange and Return Policy
If there is an issue, contact us through WhatsApp or info@gulfemperor.com.
Return claims expire after 14 days from delivery or if the original packaging is missing.
For returning an unused product within 7 days, shipping costs are paid by the customer, provided the part was not installed and mechanical/electrical packaging remains sealed.
